As the founder, owner and long-standing managing director (almost 25 years) of Exklusiv-Konzept, I am retiring from the operative estate agency business and leaving my successor Michael Riekert in charge of the further development of my company, now FALC Real Estate Mallorca Southwest, and am devoting myself to the further expansion of FALC on Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca.
