Dear customers and friends of Exklusiv Konzept, dear colleagues!

First of all, allow me to make a few personal comments today about my real estate agency. Perhaps you have already heard from Mr. Schmidt himself: After 15 years as a salesman at Exklusiv Konzept, he quit his job as a sales manager and has now started his own business as a real estate agent with his own shop, also in Port Andratx. So far so good, if it weren't for certain accompanying circumstances that put the whole matter into a - let's say cautiously - dishonest picture.

Mr. Schmidt enjoyed my complete confidence until the end, had access to all figures and data, especially the most important work equipment for a real estate agent, the customer file consisting of the data of the sellers, buyers and prospective buyers. This customer file is the heart of the office and is the sole property of the person entitled, the owner of Exklusiv Konzept, i.e. me.

I have not made any agreement with Mr. Schmidt that he may not use this file in whole or in part for his own purposes when he leaves my company. Mr. Schmidt decided this for himself on his own initiative by now running his own business with my customer file. Regardless of the human disappointment, this behavior constitutes a gross violation of his employment contract (violation of his post-contractual fiduciary duty), but it is also to be punished as theft and embezzlement under criminal law, which I, as a former lawyer, allow myself to assert. This is one of the reasons why I filed a criminal complaint against Mr. Schmidt.

You may now be wondering why Mr. Wüstenhagen is writing this to me? Well, I want to tell you that:
I have already stated that I do not see Mr. Schmidt's approach as a minor offense, but rather in the criminal corner. I want you to put yourself in my shoes and show solidarity. That the dear Mr. Schmidt, as you probably got to know him, didn't deserve to get you as a customer in this way.

Lies and deceptions deserve no support.
Please show Mr. Schmidt the red card!
