Santa Ponsa Mallorca
Santa Ponsa is a popular holiday resort in the southwest of Mallorca, about 20 km away from the capital Palma de Mallorca. In the north and south of the town, the landscape is very hilly. There are numerous exclusive properties on the so-called “Mallorca Beverly Hills”. The properties in Santa Ponsa are extremely sought after – not only by celebrities.
Santa Ponsa has almost 12,000 inhabitants. A striking feature is the kilometre-long beach that stretches around the entire town. Many consider the “big beach” in Santa Ponsa to be one of the most beautiful on the entire Balearic Island. The yacht club “Club Náutico de Santa Ponsa” is also popular, with space for more than 500 yachts. But Santa Ponsa has more to offer than the large beach and the yacht club: there are three exclusive golf courses, and in the town centre there are various boutiques and smaller shops that invite you to shop. Furthermore, Santa Ponsa also offers some useful facilities, such as schools, banks and supermarkets.
